SPARK values your feedback, both positive and negative. If you wish to make a complaint about a SPARK programme, service or general issue, we encourage you to contact us through our complaint form. All information received through our complaint form is confidential. Upon submission of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please send an e-mail to, indicating ‘complaint’ in the subject line of the e-mail.

Your complaint will be responded to within 14 working days.
